6 Things to Do to Get the School Portal Ready for the New Academic Year:

1. Switch your school portal to the new academic session and term
2. Promote students to new classes on the school portal; move or transfer students who have graduated from your primary school location to the secondary without re-registration
3. Set up the online admission form for the new academic session
4. Generate bills for the new term and send them to parents through the school portal. Parents can also access the bills through their own portal accounts. Bear in mind that students MUST be promoted to their new and next classes before bills should be generated on the portal
5. Set up the scheme for the academic term and upload lesson plans and notes
6. Set up class timetables for the new academic term
