A quick and easy way to access the menu from the dashboard without going through the main menu.

The Quick Access Menu is a predefined menu that contains a list of menus that are independent of the main menu. While Quick Access or the main menu would still take you to the same destination, using the Quick Access menu is faster.

Quick Access is a faster way to access the menu from the dashboard without going through the main menu. The menu displayed is the most likely accessible menu in a module. For example for results, the most likely sub-menu to be accessed are Enter result, Comment on result.

a) The menu displayed on Quick Access is according to user type and permission.

b) The quick access menu is located on the dashboard (below the academic calendar)
