A quick guide to setting up the school portal and managing activities for the start of a new academic term.

Prodigy School Suite would like to welcome educators back to school for the start of a new academic term. While we know you are all set and ready for the new term, we would like to remind you of some things that schools must do on the school portal in order to be fully prepared for the new term.

Below are some of these things:

• Set up the new term on your school portal. Doing this gives access to the necessary management tools for the new term on the school portal.
• Create bills for the new term and set up other financial management tools. Doing this will afford you an overview and also the management of fees, revenue and expenditure, and more.
• Set up a scheme of work and upload a lesson plan in readiness for the new term.
