We are constantly updating our product to meet the progressive evolution of your educational establishments. Below are major product updates as of June 2021:

Cancellation of fees

School fee payment records are critical components of a school's financial management and should be managed by a staff whose integrity can be attested to by the school administration. Knowing how difficult this can be, we've decided to give our schools more granular access to their financial records on Prodigy, particularly when it comes to canceling fee payments, which are prone to fraud.

This new update makes it easier for school directors and accounting heads to understand why a payment is being canceled and decide whether to allow it or not. This, in turn, aids in the prevention of fraud and the monitoring of all financial transactions.

Keeping track of outstanding payments

Prodigy is always at the top of its game, especially when it comes to tracking records of all defaulted payments, which constitute Outstanding Payments on the system, knowing the importance of school fee payments, and also keeping and tracking records of payments. Prodigy Finance Suite provides detailed records of all outstanding fee payments at a glance with a single click.

This new update allows you to see all outstanding payments and debts owed by a child without having to navigate per term or academic session. However, you can still limit your viewing to a single academic session or term.

We also released some minor updates that make Prodigy School Suite ideal, up to date, focused, and simple to use.
